HUSHABYE MOUNTAIN - Dick Van Dyke
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tabbed by: Alex Kumar
Email: alekum2win@googlemail.com
Tuning: EADGBe
Capo: 2nd fret (chords are played as if the capo was the nut so playing the shape
of F actually makes the sound of G)
First Verse
All chords are arpeggiated quickly once. Then Let ring until the next chord.
A gentle breeze from hushabye mountain
Softly blows o'er lullaby bay
It fills the sails of boats that are waiting
Waiting to sail your worries away
Second Verse
The same as first verse. Each chord is now strummed. Only one downwards strum per chord.
It isn’t far to hushabye mountain
And your boat waits down by the quay
The winds of night so softly are sighing
Soon they will fly your troubles to sea
Third (and last) Verse
Same as second verse but downwards strum each chord 3 times.
+ means the chord is only strummed 2 times.
- means the chord is only strummed 1 time.
So close your eyes on hushabye mountain
Wave goodbye to cares of the day
And Watch your boat from hushabye mountain
Sail far away from lullaby bay
