I thought I'd try to tab out this video from Youtube:

I also tabbed this version on Powertab @ Ultimate-Guitar.com under "The Scientist Acoustic".
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Key of F Major (I think.)
Guitars tuned to E,A,D,G,B,C
Tune high e string down to c
"[ ]"= one measure.
"( )"= previous chord continued. AKA ghost notes.
Here are what I think the chords are that Chris Martin plays in this video:
(E,A,D,G,B,C)
Dm7----10,12,12,10,10,0
A#/Bb--6,8,8,7,6,0
F------1,3,3,2,1,0
Fsus2--1,3,3,0,1,0
C------8,10,10.9.8.0
Intro- [ F ][ F, Fsus2 ]x1
Verse-
Come up to meet you, tell you I'm sorry.
You don't know how lovely you aaaaaaaaaaare.
(Dm7)
I had to find you, tell you I need you,
tell you I'll set you apaaaaaaaart.
(Dm7)
Tell me your secrets, and ask me your questions.
Oh lets go back to the staaaaaaaaaaart.
(Dm7)
Running in circles, coming up tails,
heads are a science apaaaaaaaaaart
Chorus-
(A#/Bb)
Nobody said it was easy. Oh it's such a shame for us to part.
(A#/Bb)
Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said that it would be this haaaard.
(C stopped) F
Oh take me back to the start.
Interlude- [ F cont'D ][ Bb/Bb ][ F ][ F, Fsus2 ]x1
Verse-
I was just guessing at numbers and figures.
Pulling your puzzles apaaaaaaaart.
(Dm7)
Questions of science, science and progress.
Do not speak as loud as my hearrrrrrrrrt.
(Dm7)
So tell me you love me, or come back and haunt me.
Oh and I rush to the staaaaaaaart.
(Dm7)
Running in circles, chasing our tails.
Coming back as we aaaaaaaaare.
Chorus-
(A#/Bb)
Nobody said it was easy. Oh it's such a shame for us to part.
(A#/Bb)
Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said that it would be this hard
(C stopped) F
Oh take me back to the start.
(Here is where Jonny Buckland comes in. He just strums open strings
with his finger on the 12th fret on the A string. Then when they
get to the 3rd measure, or "f" he bends that 12th fret on the A
string to a 3/4 bend and release to standard pitch. He bends the
string four times each measure of [ F ] and [ F, Fsus2 ]. AKA the
third and fourth measures. I know it's confusing, just watch the
video carefully and you'll get it.)
Interlude- [ F cont'D ][ Bb/Bb ][ F ][ F, Fsus2 ]x1
Outro- [ Dm7 ][ Bb/Bb ][ F ][ F, Fsus2 ]x1
Oh, oooooooo, oooo-oooo-oooo, oooooooooooo
Oh, oooooooo, oooo-oooo-oooo, oooooooooooo
Ah, oooooooo, oooo-oooo-oooo, oooooooooooo
Then Chris Martin by himself for last part. Lowered volume of guitar too.
End on a downstroke of "F".
Dm7 Bb/Bb F (Downstroke)
Oh, oooooooo, oooo-oooo-oooo, oooooooooooo
