Okay, this took a while to tab. It is pretty simple once you have it down.
If you look at this and think "I have no idea what all of this means...", do not fret (ha)
there is a legend at the bottom (scroll down) and you can find out what anything that
might be strange or out of place looking means. Unless there is something I screwed up.
I tried to be careful with it so I wouldn't make it too confusing. I just needed to be thorough.
Just to humor yourself scroll down to the bottom to look at the legend (even if
you think you know it).

So I tabbed out the bass note along with the treble notes.
This my transcription from the piano parts put together in one guitar part.
I put the chords with the measures and on the beats that they are strummed
so if you want, grab a friend and play it together; one can play chords and the other the treble.
