If you listen to the CD you'll notice the high note in the background, it's a Fm
and a A played on the 1st string (fret 3 and 5) Jon recorded this as a solo and
put it in the background. When you're playing alone you can overcome this by putting
the 2 together. Just play the open D or Gmaj7 and Add the A note (See Chords at bottom).
